The German Embassy in Pyongyang is Germany's diplomatic representation in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Due to ongoing access restrictions, the embassy has been staffed remotely since March 2020, with the ambassador based in Berlin. The Swedish Embassy in Pyongyang provides limited emergency consular assistance as a protecting power.
